Over the holiday break, I was able to sneak in a favorite movie of mine, “The Goonies”.   It is about a group of adventurous kids in a small Oregon town fighting to keep their modest homes, as Mikey, the main character of the group, finds a real treasure map of the famous pirate, One-Eyed Willy and they set off to find the money to save their neighborhood.  The adventure is filled with danger, treasures and solidified friendship.

A favorite scene of mine is when Chunk confesses….well…just about everything.  It reminds me of the sometimes hidden value behind an RPO solution and an acknowledgement of its impact.

An RPO value solution can have several key benefits, including:

  • Scalable and Responsive Recruiting Engine

  • Decreased Burden on HR Staff

  • Improved Candidate Quality Through Effective Assessments

  • Improved Employment Brand and Retention

  • Satisfied Hiring Managers

  • Better Change Management at All Levels

  • Reduced Cycle Time and Hiring Costs

  • Scalable Hiring Costs – From Fixed to Variable

  • Improved Compliance, Tracking and Reporting

If you are ready to confess that your current recruitment program is not working, find the value in a solution that will offer you the above benefits.  There is nothing to hide when it comes to Yoh RPO showcasing our Case Studies of improved metrics.  Whether stand alone or combined with other staffing solutions to create an integrated workforce program, Yoh RPO can create a solution customized to meet your needs.
