A leading technology company specializing in AI solutions for defense and national security sought Yoh’s support, initiating a partnership that has grown significantly in just four years. In 2021, the company needed help staffing a team of production and QC technicians to assemble feedback drones. At that time, their production team was small, and their HR processes were still developing. This success has enhanced operational efficiency and safety, solidifying their status as a leader in defense technology. Their technology was also featured in the 2023 Netflix documentary "Unknown: Killer Robots," which explores AI in military applications. As their success grew and they received more government contracts and purchase orders, the client increased their reliance on Yoh. 

In 2023, the organization relocated its production facilities to Dallas and built a new facility to boost production. Their VP of Operations contacted Yoh again to assess their evolving needs, leading to a requirement for local Electromechanical Technicians to mass-produce a new AI-powered drone model. As the client’s operations expanded, Yoh increased its support, ultimately placing around 125 resources with them. Many of these contractors advanced to supervisory or managerial roles, moving from short-term positions to full-time employment, which highlighted the quality of Yoh’s candidates. 

Additionally, Yoh’s smooth onboarding process led the client to utilize Yoh’s payroll support services across various departments, including UX and technical teams. This effective management of their additional needs further strengthened the client’s trust in Yoh for ongoing organizational support.
