To continue with our regional wage trend coverage, today we'd like to share a recent conversation we had with Mike Gamble, Vice President of Enterprise Solutions for Yoh's Life Sciences Division, about what he's seeing in the Mid-Atlantic.

In the below podcast, Mike discusses his take on hiring trends and wages in the life sciences sector in this region, and why he believes that the slight uptick we're experiencing is really a stabilization in wages.

He also highlights the areas within life sciences that are seeing the most demand right now, and how we can expect health care reform and retiring baby boomers to impact hiring in the near future. Plus, Mike shares his thoughts on contingent and temporary hiring within life sciences, and offers an update on insourcing.
