JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

I am responsible for providing top recruiting and sales talent to Yoh’s revenue producing SPG branches

What does your typical day consist of?

My day typically consists of recruiting, sourcing, screening and vetting viable candidates and communicating with Hiring Managers

Tell us a story about a specific project or client you worked on that was especially meaningful, memorable, unique, etc

In early 2020, we held a hiring day for salespeople in the NYC branch. BY the end of the day, nine candidates were interviewed and four offers were extended!

What do you like best about working for Yoh?

The overall culture of Yoh and core values are are the best part of working at Yoh. Working with a team that supports those values and supports each other is priceless.

Why did you choose the career you have?

I joined a friend's very successful staffing agency in order to reinvent myself after leaving Wall Street in 2008 due to downsizing. I'm so grateful I made this change that eventually led me to my current role at Yoh.

What is your favorite activity to do outside of work and why?

Outside of work I find gardening and enjoying my classic car to be my top passions!
