Finding top talent to join our teams! Sourcing, connecting with candidates, giving them a world class experience, working with hiring managers and our HRBP to efficiently and effectively bring talent on board the team. Participating in hiring events.
What does your typical day consist of?
My day typically consists of sourcing talent, connecting with candidates, hiring managers, colleagues, updating job boards, logs and the ATS.
Tell us a story about a specific project or client you worked on that was especially meaningful, memorable, unique, etc
I was a part of a project with other TAPs in 2022 that focused on the Candidate Experience for all of Day & Zimmermann subsidiaries. This project really opened my eyes to how effective employer branding can be on bringing top talent to an organization; it is literally a game changer! The return of good branding is ten-fold what is put into it. TA professionals should also be looking at how to consistently improve and innovate processes, always keeping the candidate experience in mind.
What do you like best about working for Yoh?
I love that I can work remotely with a responsive and collaborative team!

If you had to do it all over again, would you choose to work with Yoh again? Why?
I would! I have been learning and experiencing new things since starting six months ago and it’s helped me feel like I can be my best self. Both at work and at home.
What is your favorite activity to do outside of work and why?
Travel to new places and eat great (local) food.
