Yoh has been recognized as a leader in Total Workforce Solutions each year since HRO Today created the section in the Baker’s Dozen ratings in 2018.

The Baker’s Dozen Total Workforce Solutions recognition is given to providers that had both Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Managed Service Program (MSP) clients that participated in the Baker’s Dozen process in 2020. Baker’s Dozen respondents that indicated they use the same provider for both contingent and full-time employee needs were asked a series of questions pertaining to Total Workforce Solutions. These survey results were then combined with the relevant components of the MSP and RPO study findings and consolidated into one data set.

“This year, Yoh was proud to introduce DZConneX, our brand-new holistic offering to deliver a uniquely configured total talent solution for today’s most complex talent challenges. This recognition on the Baker’s Dozen list shows our clients recognize the importance of continued evolution in their workforce management technology,” said Kathleen King, Yoh Senior Vice President, Enterprise Solutions. “With Yoh and Day & Zimmermann, we’ve been committed to solving complex talent challenges for more than 100 years, but with the addition of DZConneX, we’re able to take that commitment to an entirely new level.”

The Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction ratings are based solely on customer satisfaction surveys conducted directly with RPO and MSP buyers through an online survey distributed by HRO Today. The results of the surveys are analyzed across three subcategories: service breadth, deal sizes, and quality. HRO Today uses a predetermined algorithm that weighs questions and categories based on importance and calculates scores in all three subcategories as well as an overall score.

DZConneX offers a three-pronged solution to clients across a spectrum of industries. That includes:

  • Total Talent – a holistic, yet customized approach that covers all talent needs to optimize a company’s workforce including consulting services, direct sourcing, managed services provider and recruitment process outsourcing to overcome workforce challenges.
  • Teams – DZConneX brings teams together by connecting them with information, analytics and workflows to allow for efficient, cost-effective management of a company’s various talent processes.
  • Technology – DZConneX provides a state-of-the-art integration platform in Total Talent ConneX that’s designed to bring a company’s Vendor Management System (VMS), Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Human Capital Management (HCM) system and more into a single customizable and adaptable solution.

Earlier this year, Yoh was also recognized on HRO Today’s Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings for RPO for the sixth consecutive year in a row. Additionally, Yoh has earned top placement among Enterprise Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) providers for the past five years.

“As always, we would not have been able to earn consistent placement on the Baker’s Dozen list without the support and trust of our incredible clients,” said King. “Only with their close partnership and faith in our ability to deliver consistently are we are able to transform their workforce and deliver high-performing talent through our unique, high-touch approach.”
