Recruiting 101: A podcast with Jane Newell Brown (Part 2)

We’ve been discussing “The Professional Recruiter’s Handbook” on The Seamless Workforce for a few weeks now. Earlier, I introduced you to Jane Newell Brown, one of the book’s authors in the first installment of our podcast interview. Today, I’m going to share with you the second part of our conversation in which we discuss the global search for talent and how technology is transforming the recruiting industry. Jane also talks about the entire recruiting cycle from a rookie recruiter’s perspective.

Listen to Jane’s advice below, and stay tuned for the transcript of our complete discussion on recruitment.
