Peter has worked in staffing for almost five years now. All of his experience has been from the agency recruitment side focused on placing contract engineers within product teams here in Silicon Valley. His network is quite large, but he mainly focuses on HW Design/Verification, Post Silicon Validation, Embedded SWE, Bringup/BSP, and QA/Test Development. Where Peter finds the most joy is in helping teams fill gaps/solve efficiency issues and helping talented engineers find fulfilling work.
