Marcia Hagood named to RPOA’s 2026 women in talent acquisition

Philadelphia, Pa. – March 10th, 2026 – Yoh is proud to announce that Marcia Hagood, SVP of Enterprise Solutions, was named to the 2026 Recruitment Processing Outsourcing Association (RPOA) Women in Talent Acquisition. Now in its sixth year, the RPOA Women in Talent Acquisition celebrates the women in the industry who are making countless contributions to their teams, companies, and communities.

Hagood was recognized for her positive impact on the people and organizations she has worked with during her career spanning more than two decades. As head Enterprise Solutions at Yoh, she leads teams delivering RPO, Payroll (EOR), and MSP programs. Throughout her tenure, Hagood has consistently demonstrated a people-first leadership philosophy rooted in accountability, integrity, and results.
