Recently, I wrote a blog post for the Recruitment Process Outsourcing Association (RPOA) on the benefits of starting your outsourced recruiting program with a project RPO engagement. The project side of this refers to the limited or targeted use, which provides many companies with an alternative or first-step approach to RPO.
With the first quarter quickly coming to a close, I thought it might be good to re-visit some of the suggestions in the article. Right now, a big, enterprise-wide program for recruiting is not going to be at the top of many CFO’s lists. So, perhaps starting a little smaller might be advisable.

In a time of cautionary hiring, project RPO may be a good way to get some targeted hiring done while slowly stepping into the world of outsourced recruiting.
