The continuously changing landscape of candidate sourcing

Today I'm happy to share with you an interview I did with one of the co-founders of Jobs2Web, Peter Brasket. I met Peter this past summer when Yoh was evaluating how to proceed with our online job presence. This is obviously a critical element of our business. It is essential that we aggressively source the best and brightest into our clients so they can meet the business objectives they have at hand.

Along the way, we learned quite a bit. Peter has a tremendous amount of insight into how to evaluate and address multiple channels to initiate the talent process in a way that will maintain a high level of quality and increase the brand of the firm as an employer.
