I recently wrote about recruiting strategies for today’s economy, and the topic got me thinking: We all could use a full download on how recruiting is changing and adapting to the new economy. And with technology evolving at such a rapid pace, an insider’s perspective on the most impactful tools and strategies that companies are using to secure talent could be invaluable to recruiters, hiring managers, and job seekers alike.

I immediately enlisted the help of Cindy Lombardo, Manager of Candidate Marketing at Yoh and expert in all things recruiting. I asked Cindy to share with us what industries are hiring and discuss her perspectives on social media recruiting, applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, recruiting advice, and more.
