One of the most important parts of recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) is scalability. An effective implementation of RPO should allow you to turn up the volume on your recruiting when you need it.
Similarly, like a good amplifier or receiver, you should be able to dial in certain elements. A point-of-service RPO program can allow you to outsource certain parts of the sourcing and recruiting process to increase throughput, quality, or both.
Before you get too sick of my puns, I should also mention that like a band, an RPO program has to hang together and work effectively to provide the right output, or sound. Too much bass and it just thumps along and sounds muddy. Or, if all you have is screaming guitar licks without substance, listeners will get bored.
