PHILADELPHIA, PA – September 26, 2019 – Yoh, the leading international talent and outsourcing company owned by Day & Zimmermann, earned the top spot for mid-sized Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) providers in HRO Today’s 2019 Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings. This is the fifth consecutive year Yoh has been recognized for its RPO services on the prestigious Baker’s Dozen list.
“In what is an industry-changing talent shortage, companies are realizing that in order to remain competitive, they require a strong, experienced partner to manage the recruitment processes,” said Kathleen King, Yoh Senior Vice President, Enterprise Solutions. “Companies who embrace a wide range of talent acquisition strategies, including RPO, will have an advantage during talent shortages and also when the workforce is at a surplus and identifying the very best talent becomes a challenge. Yoh’s continued recognition is a testament to the dedication, skills and talent acquisition expertise that our teams bring to each of our RPO clients.”
The Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction ratings are based solely on customer satisfaction surveys conducted directly with RPO buyers through an online survey distributed by HRO Today. The results of the surveys are analyzed across three subcategories: service breadth, deal sizes, and quality. HRO Today uses a predetermined algorithm that weighs questions and categories based on importance and calculates scores in all three subcategories as well as an overall score.
Yoh’s RPO programs are designed to help clients evolve their recruiting strategies as their business needs evolve, from RPO programs, project recruiting, point of service talent acquisition to on-demand recruiting, white label programs, consulting and more. Earlier this year, Yoh was also featured as a top Managed Service Program (MSP) provider by HRO Today, achieving nine consecutive years of recognition in the MSP field since the list’s inception in 2011.
“Maintaining a spot on the list is a huge honor, and one that is possible not only because we strive to exceed our client’s expectations with our high-touch, people-centric approach but also because of the strong relationships that exists with each of our clients,” said King. “We thank them for continuing to allow us to deliver on our promises year over year, and we look forward to further proving them right.”
