Through the Yoh Gives Back campaign, launched at the beginning of 2023 and supported by the D&Z Gives Back funds-matching program, employees are provided with opportunities to have an even greater impact by partnering with local nonprofit organizations and providing these changemakers with the resources that are most in need.

Through the Yoh Gives Back campaign, Yoh employees volunteer their time, donate items or raise much-needed funds for local charities. For these projects and events that involve a fundraising component, Day & Zimmermann, Yoh’s parent company, matches a portion of the money raised by employees through the greater D&Z Gives Back program, which encompasses all philanthropic efforts across the Day & Zimmermann enterprise.

Most recently, employees from Yoh’s New Jersey office, New York office and Fintech Specialty Practice raised $11,309 to benefit Mary’s Place by the Sea, a wellness retreat home for women with cancer located in Ocean Grove, New Jersey. On August 28, employees visited Mary’s Place by the Sea to present a check and host a 2.5-mile “walk-a-thon” in honor of the organization’s mission. Together, the New Jersey, New York and FinTech employees raised $6,309 for the organization, and Day & Zimmermann matched $5,000 of the funds raised for this event.

“I’m extremely proud of the work our employees have accomplished through Yoh Gives Back over the past few months and the strides they’ve made in positively transforming their local communities,” said Emmett McGrath, President of Yoh. “Guided by our commitment to Integrity and inspired by the efforts of colleagues throughout the Day & Zimmermann enterprise, we continue to seek out ways to amplify the impact of causes and organizations making a difference across the country.”
