Solution Provided

Yoh Talent Solutions developed and implemented a unique mix of high-touch, on-site management with Yoh Exchange, our innovative web-portal based on SAP® NetWeaver technology. Yoh Exchange provided intuitive time-keeping processes and online access to policies and procedures, all in a real-time environment to increase control, accuracy and compliance.

Through our experience and understanding of the customer’s unique needs and business environment, Yoh Talent Solutions and Yoh Exchange were selected to resolve their critical business challenges. Within a two-week time-frame, the Yoh Exchange was implemented at all 35 customer locations, and was able to support multiple language requirements. Using Yoh’s proprietary implementation methodology, our implementation team partnered with the customer’s end-users to deliver our world-class technology, Yoh Exchange. The end result of our program implementation was a smooth transition to the customer due to Yoh’s world-class service and execution.  Prior to implementing Yoh Exchange, our customer did not have access to information related to their contingent workforce (cost of hire, average contractor tenure and supplier performance). The robust reporting capabilities have solved that problem as well as enabled our on-site management team to manage required compliance programs. Yoh Exchange provided extensive workforce statistical data, metrics and financial reporting as well as real-time access to status and approvals. In addition, to ensure a high adoption and success rate, Yoh Talent Solutions provided a dedicated team who were available, both locally and remotely, to assist the customer with additional staff and were ready to handle recruiting peaks.
