Geoff is an Executive Director in EY’s Global People Advisory Practice and serves as a subject matter advisor for talent strategy, HR optimization and technology. As a leader within EY’s Total Talent Supply Chain, Geoff has guided clients through workshops to define their talent strategy, hiring models, contingent workforce governance, operating models with technology enablement, as well as rationalization of their talent supply chain and cost reductions.
Geoff has led for HR transformations in the areas of HR operating models, BPO/HRO, technology enablement and helped clients navigate the markets in due diligence, design and evaluation of services, providers and metrics within HRO/RPO/CWS/VMS.
Geoff’s 25 years of HR experience, include multiple client engagements from solution design and scoping to due diligence, vendor discovery and transition for organizations of over 50,000 employees with global footprints spanning 25 to 120 countries.
