Lori Schultz Joins Yoh as President
PHILADELPHIA—July 7, 2009—Today Yoh announced Lori Schultz has joined as President, and will be responsible for leading the company's overall operations. Yoh's current President, Bill Yoh, will become Chief Customer Officer for Day & Zimmermann, the parent company of Yoh. In his new role, Bill will develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers and drive customer-focused strategies across the organization. He will also become chairman of Yoh.
Lori comes to Yoh with 23 years of leadership experience in the staffing and workforce management industry, having built, mentored, and retained professional teams at industry-leading global workforce solutions firms. Prior to joining Yoh, she was Senior Vice President for Ajilon Consulting and Senior Vice President of the Engineering & Technical and Medical & Science divisions at Adecco, which included six national regions. Under her leadership, those regions consistently ranked among the top in the Adecco Group for over 10 years.
As President of Yoh, Lori will work to further establish a strong and vibrant network of branch operations and a national accounts program that will address the unique needs of Yoh's enterprise customers. She will also drive the execution and growth of Yoh Talent Solutions and its associated service offerings in the managed workforce sector. Lori will also be a member of the Day & Zimmermann Leadership Council.
In the newly created position of Chief Customer Officer for Day & Zimmermann, Bill will work to create an even stronger customer-centric culture across the company, focusing on developing and nurturing customer relationships to help the company meet its goals and objectives. He will continue to oversee corporate marketing, and will remain a member of the Day & Zimmermann Leadership Council. Prior to serving as Yoh's President, Bill was Regional President for Yoh's Northeast Region, and held two Senior Vice President positions for Day & Zimmermann.
