Yoh Sells Industrial Unit
Sale of Yoh Industrial to Productiv will sharpen Yoh’s focus on supplying high-impact talent and outsourcing services to technology and professional markets
Philadelphia, Pa.—April 24, 2006—Today Yoh, a leading provider of talent and outsourcing services, announced that it has sold its Yoh Industrial unit to Productiv, a full-service light industrial service organization. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The decision to sell Yoh Industrial comes as part of the company’s efforts to focus on business operations in its core technology and professional markets. Yoh Industrial provided workforce management solutions for manufacturing businesses and was based in Kings Mountain, N.C.
