Yoh recently concluded a survey of 94 hiring and HR managers at companies of all sizes in a variety of industries and geographies to gather insights and viewpoints on the respondent's self-reported preferences and to determine if there is a difference in the talent delivered by Yoh and the competition.
We took a direct route in our study: we asked managers to use a report card model (A for Excellent, B for Good, C for Fair, D for Poor and F for Failure). The results were similar to a report card – just like the one you brought home from school when you were younger.
In the end, we came up with a Talent Quality Scale (0-to-4.0) to compare the quality of talent managers receive.
Yoh's Talent Advantage
The talent delivered by Yoh is rated 24.7% better than the contractors delivered by our staffing competitors.

The talent delivered by Yoh is rated 46.3% better than the contractors delivered by our staffing competitors in the manufacturing sector, 33.2% better in the financial services industry 30.7%, better in pharmaceutical and health care markets and 13% better for companies in the technology-related fields.
