After initial discussions uncovered a need to more than double the team, Yoh was able to quickly scale recruiting efforts to hire and on-board a complete project team within the accelerated timeline.
- Yoh provided a team of 30+ Scientists and a technical Project Manager to provide testing support across several clinical assay platforms
- Leveraging our internal database of talent and team of degreed, technical recruiters, quickly generated a pipeline of talent – including screening more than 100 potential candidates
- The initial team was assembled within 45 days of award and qualified on the assay within the client’s timeline – all before clinical testing began
- Today our team is a fully integrated extension of our client’s staff and producing excellent results
- Team members are cross-trained on other clinical assay platforms providing our client the flexibility to move the resources to other projects as needed.
