Heather Peters serves as Vice President, Human Resources (HR), and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR for Yoh.
Prior to this role, Heather served as HR Director for Yoh, during which she supported the East Region and Managed Services programs through employee relations and general HR consulting. In 2011, Heather took a nine month assignment within Yoh's parent company, Day & Zimmermann, in Corporate Human Resources as the VP of HR Operations. Heather successfully lead three key HR projects during this time, including My Profile, DayZim Onboarding and the systems support for Integrated Performance Management. Before joining Yoh, Heather served as an HR Manager for NBC 10 in Philadelphia. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business, with a concentration in HR, from Albright College.
